No comment on product as not received it!. Contacted customer services they haven't replied. So no product no response. So just think about buying from them as they have ZERO customer care.

Sorry to hear this hasn't arrived. Due to what's going on we have reduced staff across the company so we are doing our best to keep up. I had ordered 2 travel jewellery boxes which are beautiful to give to my friends as birthday presents. One of them had a pen mark on it so I could not give it as a gift. My daughter sent an email to Oliver Bonas to ask how they could help but we have heard nothing. I am very disappointed that our email has been ignored.

Ordered item online to be delivered to Ireland from UK on 01/11/20 & as yet not delivered. Communication appalling & if & when item arrives will NEVER use store or your shipping company again.

Looks luxurious and sounds wonderful but has very little perfume once added to bath water. It says to use 5 drops- I worked my way up to two complete droppers full and it was still imperceptible, sorry I don’t recommend it.
