“Terrible customer service. They promised to rerurn the package and retunr my momey back and it has been a month that I keep asking for my money. They give excuses and come up with reasons. I am still waiting for my money”

“Poor. Took my order for five items, left it a while then cancelled it completely and refunded my money. I’ve seen this with a few companies, they put things into the sale and, as they sell out, orders are cancelled. I’m not sure how your systems can’t assess what stock levels are at point of purchase. Shabby at best.”

“Website needs updating. Keeps going back to the first page. So you have to start over again. One earring was damaged. So had to be returned. Looked like nice earrings. Didn’t have a replacement in stock when I returned the damaged earrings”

“The website stated that click and collect would take 2-3 working days. It took 9 working days which meant that if arrived too late. I was offered a free cardboard gift box as compensation.”

“Ordered the shoes on the website for my son’s graduation. This was meant to take 2-3 working days to arrive in store.i had to contact the store twice as they did not arrive until over 2 weeks later ( after the graduation). I had to find alternative shoes at late notice . The staff in the Liverpool store are always very friendly and helpful !”

“Purchased online a skirt from ‘New’ section. Am in two local stores weekly . Had never seen it. Ordered two sizes . On delivery day wore one whilst returning other. Got refund but one wearing cost me 50% more than it should have. Staff on till didn’t get it. Mgr couldn’t give a damn. Worse experience than online with China.”
