Broken plastic/ glass - I sent a photo to Customer service. then was told my pictures weren’t enough to prove it ? It went in the bin !!!

I never received the wardrobe as the courier failed to deliver, although I was home. Because of the issues with the courier, I cancelled my order as I didn't want to wait another week. Oliver Bonas refunded my money but they weren't really interested in sorting the problem out. Can only give 1 star as I never received it.

I went into the store and was in a bit of a rush, immediately as i came in the two ladies at the front followed me and pestered me, i get it, i am mixed race man, who wears jeans and a jacket (How intimidating) and Oliver Bonas seems to want to appeal to middle class white women only, so therefore i am the kind of customer you dont want. A Man who pays his own way lol. Anyway for future reference, i now have the whole sleep/relax collection and i wont be attending any of your stores again, well not until i need a top up. But saying that, i now know i can get equivs on Amazon for cheaper without the hoo-har. I know youll learn from my experience and lesson will be had and blah blah blah but i dont expect anything to change now or in the future or for this email to even reach anyone of importance who cares and can make a difference. To be as judgemental about someones appearance as Oliver bonus staff in both Balham and Clapham Jct are in 2025 is a sign that your all just racist behind closed doors. I just mentioned this to my friend and they literally said "Your nowhere near middle class enough or blonde to go there".... What a shame to be your company.

Store shopping was fine BUT delivery by Evri awful. I ordered a vase for a friends wedding gift. Delivery said it was successful but my friend never received it. She has been on honeymoon so I only knew about this today. Hasn’t arrived yet

Staff advised click and collect was free however there was a minimum order value. Product arrived after 8 days of waiting! Collected it, gifted it and it was faulty as the lid didn’t close on the bird. Went back to store, colleague at checkout wouldn’t exchange as I didn’t have a physical receipt but had my order confirmation?! Turned into abit if a “Karen” at this point and asked for the manager - manager was lovely, explained to the new staff member how to do an online exchange on a till, got me a new product but never ever again. Too long, too expensive and too much hassle - first and last time using Oliver bonas

Very slow delivery. The necklace I bought was in the sale. It was originally £29 but reduced to £9. The quality is terrible. It’s cheaply made, doesn’t hang well and considering the full price value it’s not even solid! It feels cheap and if I hadn’t have worn it I would have sent it back. It twists upon wearing so impossible to even wear.
