I ordered some necklaces for my aunts for Christmas. I was prompted to add medium size gift boxes for my necklaces to wrap them myself. I paid for 3 medium boxes for necklaces that I can't use as they would just float around the box getting tangled. The backing display envelope they came in is too big for the box and the box has nothing to fix them so they won't get tangled up.

I loved the pot but the packaging was poor and it was smashed by the time it arrived to me. So disappointed as I was really exciting and the pot looked beautiful.

Did not receive the gift box. Very disappointed the only solution the customer service team gave was they refunded my £5.

They did not send my order for ages and then when I finally emailed to ask why they refunded me...apparently it is now no longer in stock so it seems like my order was completely ignored!

Absolutely atrocious. Mirror arrived smashed....twice! Delivery company clearly damage the goods in transit but refused to take it away with them on arrival and was a huge admin effort to book appointments with them etc. Poor service and wont shop here again.

The shade arrived on its own, had to ring up and chase for base. Base came very badly damaged, sent photos in never heard from Customer Services. Had to ring again. Very cheap product made in India not worth £85 price tag. Looks better from a distance.

The mugs are lovely, but out of the 12 that I ordered, 6 were already broken inside the box and I would recommend that better wrapping is used for such heavy, large mugs.

I ordered 2 rolls of wrapping paper and each one came in a separate ENORMOUS box. It would have been ridiculously excessive for just 2 rolls in one box, but the fact both rolls arrived in individual boxes was ludicrous. In fact all 4 items I bought were dispatched in separate huge packages. Not environmentally friendly at all. Very disappointed.
