“Absolutely lovely. Always an excellent experience at the store in Horsham. The staff, the girls are absolutely lovely and it's always a nice shopping experience. Not usually a high street girl myself but the staff make the whole experience just right, helpful but not too pushy. As a seamstress I am fussy about fabric and finishing and buy only things which I would not make myself. My recent purchases , the radish tank top and cat jumper are my autumn / winter favourites. Well done.”

“website easy to use. Click and collect process very smooth and efficient. Staff in store were friendly and polite. However, I am deducting a star because I found the packaging to be disappointing. The mug I purchased didn't come in a box, which I would have expected for the price point. Luckily the mug arrived in perfect condition, without any damage. However, it wasn't particularly well wrapped, with only a small amount of corrugated cardboard around it and inside quite a thin paper envelope, (though there was a fragile sticker on the front to warn people to handle it carefully). I felt that the packaging it came with could have been much better to protect it from breakages, though I do appreciate the effort to be environmentally friendly. Furthermore, my delivery arrived in the store five days after my order, which is not unreasonable at all but I was hoping for it to be slightly quicker as the website 2-4 days, (though I did order the mug quite late in the evening so I was probably after the cut off point).”
