“Ordering the item was fine. However, communication regarding tracking and delivery has been poor. Ordered on 31/7; had email saying item had been shipped on 2/8 - heard nothing since. Very frustrating. Had ‘chat’ via AI support. Apparently there isn’t any tracking information yet, so not sure what’s happening. Shame as first experience ordering online from OB.”

“Totally in love with the recent purchase. This is a well made quilted bed spread. Cotton side great for warmer months and velvet side for colder months and it looks absolutely beautiful in my bedroom. Price is very competitive too, what not to love?”
