“I experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. After going into store to collect the mug and giving my name, order number AND postcode I was handed the wrong parcel. When realising I had the wrong item after I opened the parcel at home I rang the store and they told me they couldn’t send a replacement out and could I go back into store to return the wrong item! I was then told by the customer service team at HQ I couldn’t receive a refund until the following week because they were doing a stock take. What.”
