Item was faulty. Could not assemble as holes of two pieces did not align. Emailed OB for refund which said would respond within 2 days. After 4 days of no response, had to them contact via WhatsApp - luckily someone did respond and organised for pick up and refund When pick up arrived, seemed to be some issues whether they would take it or not due to not having the proper packaging ?? They did end up taking it and I got my refund but overall a disappointing and annoying experience

Beautiful dress, lost its shape after a few washes. So the quality Is low. Disappointed for the price.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the store. The staff were courteous and helpful . However the changing room(s) needed a good clean. There was dust and fluff all over the floor - not helpful when I was trying on a long skirt. The manager did admit that they were busy and hadn’t had time to clean that day.

This item didn't arrive - completely the wrong item was in my click and collect order. Unfortunately I had bought the last item so was unable to re-order. This was a very time consuming and tedious experience although the assistants in the Islington store were very helpful at processing my refund immediately. I won't use the click and collect again though.

Was so excited to receive my blouse, lovely colour just want I wanted. I love Oliver Bonas clothes, especially the tops. However after just one wash the blouse has shrunk. Very disappointed.

I love the bag, it’s a bit expensive for what it is but the design is lovely . My issue was with the staff at Waterloo who were so unhelpful. I asked them if they had the bag in stock as I couldn’t see it on the shelves, they immediately said no without even looking. I asked them to check online which they did, they told me it was out of stock online also! I wanted it as my bridal bag so was disappointed. I thought I would check online myself and they did have it in stock! I ordered it and had to wait for it to arrive. I went into the store a bit later in week for a browse and the bag was there on the shelves - I had just missed the shelf as it was at the back on the shop! It annoyed me that even though they had it in the shop and it was in stock online - rather than assist me they just lied to me. The London Bridge staff are much more helpful but the station I commute to is Waterloo - that said, I’m not sure I will shop in there again.

I saw the Rose gold pebble mirror on line for £195.00, but it had a £35.00 delivery on top, which I thought was excessive. I found my nearest shop and went there to buy it. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock , but they said they could order it in to the shop, but they had to add a£35.00 delivery charge for me to collect it from the shop. Apparently mirrors are classed as furniture hence delivery charge ,can't quite see it being in the same category as a settee or chair. Sales assistant was very apologetic about the delivery charge and asked the manager if there was anything they could do , to which he abruptly replied , no.If he had been pleasant and made a bit of a gesture with cost of delivery I would have brought it from them , as it was I brought it on line, still unhappy with cost of delivery Didn't buy from the shop.

I ordered online and it wasn’t very good! I ordered this bag in April and it arrived in June. It was a birthday gift for someone in April and when it still hadn’t arrived two weeks AFTER their birthday I had to reach out to Oliver bonas to ask what happened. After a wait, they explained the bag was out of stock - which I only found out because I asked them. They had no plans to update me on what was happening. The person I spoke to offered to give me a refund, but, as it was a gift I asked to keep my order in place and to have updates. Only updates came from the delivery company. The bag is fantastic and the receiver thrilled with it, can’t fault the quality of the gift. Customer service not good though :(

I went into the Holborn branch to collect my order. Found the whole experience soulless the 2 staff members were chatting and didn’t seem interested in me. I wanted to try the sunglasses on as I collected, and I had alot of shopping with me so struggled etc to open the packaging et. nobody asked to assist . I myself work in retail for 40 plus years and left flat and disappointed

Sadly disappointing. I bought a bag strap, used for a few weeks only, then the metal clasp broke so could not attach to my bag. I checked online, it was still in stock and not a sale item. I went back to the store, they had very few straps in stock so I assumed the assistant would be able to order a replacement one in for me so I could do an exchange, but they couldn’t - they had to process it as a return then order in as a click and collect at a charge to me - I was shocked! Why should I be out of pocket if a product is faulty. The assistant said there was no way around it, how can that be right ? Not great customer service experience.
