Experience with the store was ok, but the quality of the bag is not good. I bought it as a present and the stitching has come undone at the top, having only had it a few days. Really disappointed with it.

I was waiting for this chest of drawers for months. I signed up to the email notification of when the product would be back. I emailed your customer service, they assured me I would be notified when it came back into stock. Never heard anything back.Never received an email. I had to constantly check the website.

Evri delivery was appalling. I paid extra for next day delivery. Evri messaged to say that they were unable to deliver: the package was being delivered to a school! No excuse for not delivering. The next attempt was three days later. My granddaughter’s present two days late.
