I absolutely loved the pot but unfortunately it was delivered smashed and there was absolutely no packing inside the box to protect the pot. I returned it.

Unfortunately I ordered and days later was informed that they sold out and I was refunded my money so I can't review, such shame as they look so pretty.

It was easy to navigate the site. Delivery was fairly prompt and certainly in time for me to wear the dress but unfortunately it does not fit and I will have to send it back. It is too big and low on the bust and too tight in the skirt. The quality of the fabric is poor for the price. The print is nice and colourful as shown online.

Good. However these were the 2nd set of glasses I’d bought. These didn’t seam as good quality. One glass was thicker than the rest and 2 had a finish that wasn’t smooth. Wasn’t happy with the quality at all.

The item I bought was incorrectly priced. The sales assistant didn’t make me aware of this so I was surprised when payment was due. I expressed that all items should be correctly priced as it is false advertising as I had a particular budget for this gift that was being purchased.

When I returned an item I had to chase the refund as after a week no one seemed to have processed it and I received no acknowledgment email about my return. There was no return label in my box so I had to work it out from the website, poor service as after you finally return an item you are left completely in the dark about the whereabouts of the item. Once I managed to chat to someone about my return this was sorted quickly, they apologies and sent me the return money straight away.

unfortunately I can only give a low point because of the lack of instructions on how to assemble the item. This resulted in us removing yards of tape enclosing the lights which should have stayed in place. So now we have to source replacement tape before we can use the lights. In the end I had to contact customer services who replied initially within 24 hours and were very helpful but had to contact the homeware team which took a week to get some instructions. Not very impressed with the purchase.

I picked this up from store, I bought it as a sale item and loved it. It was however broken due to insufficient wrapping/transit and so I had to return. Got a refund as it was no longer in stock.

Very pretty dress. I would have kept it but the neckline was a little low and the zip on the size that I wanted would not undo far enough. A stitching error and it would not undo all the way. Returned as faulty. I didn't order a replacement due to both issues but as a rule l love Oliver Bonas stuff. Shame and I also had to chase my refund as nearly 12 working days had passed. Eventually it was done after me chasing.

I ordered these dresses online and had to return them as one was enormous and not realistic sizing. All we’re not as good quality as I was hoping when looking at the images online. Not well made it designed. Your member of staff in the Liverpool Street station store was moody and quite rude when I returned these items. Not customer focused. I kept the one top I ordered.
