Bad experience. I had originally purchased another lamp at oliver bonas when it arrived it was faulty sadly was then out of stock , was offered this lamp as a replacement when it arrived the electrical wire was frayed when I raised the second issue I was offered 30%off the second faulty lamp .totally ruined my daughters birthday experience we agreed to keep the second lamp but the whole experience has left us feeling really disappointed we didn't really want to keep the lamp but the whole waiting for customer service to arrange collection and waiting for replys we wanted to just forget about the whole stressful process and move on.

it was not the store who were very helpful, problems with the carrier who were delivering a small size. they demanded money or the item would be sent back to supplier! That particular delivery firm has problems perhaps you should concider an other one.

This item is not suitable for any shape dog, unless they are shaped like a baguette and have no intention of changing position. Returns were simple enough though

I ordered this via Click n collect and was never told it arrived in store. Then I got email saying it was being returned and out of stock.

I absolutely love these glasses, they're so elegant! Unfortunately, as I was washing them up one cracked around the rim resulting in the top half of the glass detaching. This is a real shame as I no longer have a full set. I was being very careful with them however they are clearly very delicate!

Store experience was fine. The catdigan was too big and the pink was a bit too salmon and dull - looked a bit brighter and nicer in the photo. But on the plus side the scallop edging was nice and lovely the buttons.
