“The quality was not very good for the expensive price paid and it feels cheap. I was disappointed but wanted that size, horizontal shape and wording so have reluctantly kept it. It is my first Oliver Bonas purchase and if this is the quality it will be my last!”

“Experience with the store was ok, but the quality of the bag is not good. I bought it as a present and the stitching has come undone at the top, having only had it a few days. Really disappointed with it.”

“I was waiting for this chest of drawers for months. I signed up to the email notification of when the product would be back. I emailed your customer service, they assured me I would be notified when it came back into stock. Never heard anything back.Never received an email. I had to constantly check the website.”
