My order was sent out but not delivered in spite of having the correct address. I had to confirm my address and it was resent. Odd.

This trolley wasn't the quality I'd expect for the price. It didn't seem very sturdy, one handle was lower than the other and the brass effect was scratchy looking. We returned this and this process was easy and efficient.

The jumpsuit sizing is quite generous. I would have liked to return it for a smaller size. Since I Paid with Paypal I wasn't allowed to swap straight away -I won't buy again using Paypal. The shop assistant was very unhelpful: she kept looking at me saying that she couldn't do anything about it. After asking repeatedly to check on the website for a smaller size, she found one but didn't reserve it, so when I went to pay, the shop assistant said that, unfortunately, "it was gone". I have done a fair amount of shopping in Oliver Bonas. It will take me some time to go back to shopping online or at the store.

I loved this dress but was really disappointed with how it washed. I followed the washing instructions (30 degrees, delicate wash) but it has noticeably shrunk after one wash to the extent that it is now unwearable as a dress. Oliver Bonas clothes are usually very high quality and easy to care for so I am not sure what happened here.

Gorgeous jumper, lovely quality. My reason for only 2 stars is the arms were really short. Such a shame as I loved everything else. I was sad to return it 😔

Cups are great, but the tea pot is useless. Doesn’t fill the two cups and the spout is too high so the tea pours out the top when you go to pour. Not a good design. Looks pretty but not usable.

My order arrived outside of the box (necklace dangling out!!!). Not happy with the lack of care and consideration for a delicate gift.

Using a gift box was to make it special, however the box had no cushion inside it was just a box with wrapping paper. Would recommend a cushion to place jewellery onto to make it look more special.

Very disappointed with the quality of all the products I bought from Oliver Bonas, I also sent my returns back about 2 weeks ago and haven’t had a refund yet. Won’t buy from here again.

Never received. Ordered online and never got my click and collect order as they failed to tell me it was ready for collecting. Just got an email to say it was being refunded as uncollected. Credit to OB that when complained, they quickly apologised and issued a gift voucher but would have preferred my order for this and a jumper.

I ordered this robe for my best friends birthday. To say l was bitterly disappointed is an understatement. Poor quality material and shabby needlework, etc. As l have purchased numerous items from Oliver Bonas over the years and been more than happy, l was shocked. It looked cheap and tacky. Of course it was returned and l was swiftly refunded l may add so thank you.

I ordered this print on 24th Feb and chased it up three weeks later to be told it must have got stuck in transit or lost. This is the second time this has happened with Oliver Bonas, so I would recommend that you consider changing couriers!
