Evri delivery was appalling. I paid extra for next day delivery. Evri messaged to say that they were unable to deliver: the package was being delivered to a school! No excuse for not delivering. The next attempt was three days later. My granddaughter’s present two days late.

Nothing majorly bad just a few negative things that made me feel worse when leaving the store. I was trying something on in the dressing room and as a staff member passed she asked if all ok and ended up implying a larger size might be better. Left me feeling a bit deflated as I thought it looked great I still bought the same size I chose. I would not have purchased if it wasn’t because I had to exchange something else with a gift receipt. When paying another staff member remembered the person who had bought the item that was gifted and said “oh she was so excited to give this to you” which did make me feel guilty for exchanging. Whilst shopping I was also asked twice if the items I was holding could be taken to the dressing room for me and twice afterwards if they could be taken to the till, I was just wanting to browse and take my time. In future I may just have to wear headphones or shop online haha.

Shopping online was fun. However, my order sat in the Evri depot for ten days without moving. Contact via whatsapp was polite & friendly, but could have been clearer, faster to respond & more efficient. It sounded like contact with Evri was going to be too lengthy & difficult for your team. I was offered the chance to re-order some, but not all, of the items that were in stock, via the same method; which I declined. Refund was quick. However, overall experience was disappointing.

I was so disappointed that the necklace was not in a box especially as it was a birthday gift for my daughter. The packaging for postage was really good

I was really disappointed with these earrings as they don’t dangle on the ear so they don’t look right. They should be shown being worn by a model as you aren’t able to return earrings. Expensive mistake.

It was ok. When I requested a refund on my items, the lady told me that the giftbox wasn't refundable, so I lost out on £5. I was slightly frustrated as the giftbox was definitely not worth £5 anyway. I wouldn't recommend buying the giftbox online.

I loved the look of these High Top Trainers on line and was very disappointed when they came as the canvas was so hard I could hardly get my feet in them and were so uncomfortable a real shame

My experience in the store was great - I bought the necklace online and picked it up in the Islington store no problem. However, I have only worn the necklace once and the clasp broke when I was taking it off, with no undue force or rough treatment which was really disappointing - the quality just isn't good and I don't know if I would buy another necklace from Oliver Bonas

Excellent service re delivery Very very disappointed with the packaging. Felt the bangle should have at least come in a pouch or a box rather that corrugated brown card. As it was a gift I had to invest in a box and packing paper to make it look presentable. At that price point I would expect a minimum of a box. They way it was sent, made it look like it cost £10, not £60
