“The experience I've had in visits to the store is Lovely, very pleasant and helpful staff who really go above and beyond to be helpful ,which really puts you at ease . Very satisfied with our experience throughout since becoming a member. Have ordered in-store for collect in-store and that also has been very efficient. Great value and unusual item's, I love the shop it's wonderful.”

“This item arrived marked, it was taken to local store in london , they didnt have it in stock , but gave refund, then it was re-ordered and postage was paid for second time. I feel that as the item was faulty , the store should have placed second order and there should have not been second postage charge..”

“It was very good, originally went into the shop and asked if they had the frame I wanted in th stock staff where very friendly and helpful. The shop didn’t have the frame I wanted so I ordered it to pick it up from the shop. When I picked it up staff where very friendly again.”

“I visited the Oliver Bonas in Bent all Centre in Kingston. It's a beautiful shop and was looking for a gift for a very special friend and the lovely Julia was so helpful and I got the perfect present with her assistance.
