“My experience with Oliver Bonas has been nothing short of 5 stars. The light bulb flickered, however I was refunded this and the postage on ordering a replacement was also refunded! The bulb itself is such an understated showstopper and goes amazing in our bar!”

“Store staff at Chichester were exceptional. My size wasn’t in store so they suggested ordering it for me. Only 2 in my size left. So they ordered it to be sent direct to my house. Couldn’t fault customer service.”

“It was ok. I requested back in stock emails, which I never received, but I noticed that the product came back in stock anyway so I bought it. Then a few days later, I got a back in stock email - even though I already bought the item. I would imagine that there should be an exclusion in place to stop this from happening.”
