“I live abroad and bought this and another denim waistcoat as a gift for my sister’s birthday. Both items were too big so she took them back with evidence of purchase but money could not be put back on my card and had ordered both again so now have a gift voucher?! Other shops simply return the money on to the card without having to show the card!”
