The online store is easy to use, products are beautiful, and everything was packaged nicely. However, I was not entirely happy with the size of the products.

I ordered the passion heart bracelet and they had sent me the wrong one which was quite upsetting. I had to go through a lot to get the original bracelet. However, the customer service was very helpful and replied quite quick.

I am a regular customer of Oliver Bonas in Liverpool One. Unfortunately this particular visit, one of the store assistants missed the mark. I had a few items in my hand and was advised by one of the store assistants to size down (before trying the clothes on) because Oliver Bonas sizes 'run large' and the skirt I was holding (which was a Size 14) apparently 'looked huge'. After trying the skirt on, I did indeed need the Size 14 I had originally chosen but was quizzed at the end by the store assistant who asked 'why I needed to size up'. The interaction made me feel quite uncomfortable because different clothes fit differently on different bodies and I found myself trying to justify why my body fit a Size 14. I felt the comments were a bit body-negative and presumptious. However, the clothes themselves were impeccable and a different assistant at the till was lovely - I haven't had a previous bad experience at this store, this has been the only time. I will be shopping at Oliver Bonas again but I think that staff may need to think a bit more carefully about approaching/advising customers about sizing before they try the clothes on because ultimately clothes fit differently on each individual. As Oliver Bonas is so unique and celebrates that uniqueness, I think this should extend to the staff ethos regarding customers.

I bought three items, two mugs on sale; one was £7 and the other was £7:50 ('Go on Girl' ) and a birthday card. I did not get my receipt in the shop instead, it was sent to me by email. To my surprise, I was charged £9:00 for one of the mugs marked £7:50 on display. the mug marked £7:50. I have to challenge that practice and demand a receipt on payment to avoid being charged more without being alerted to any changes in price.

Might need some more training on how do do returns. Every time I’ve been to the Bristol store to return something I brought online, the person refunding my purchased as put the incorrect amount in. Each time I’m out of pocket until the refunds go through.

Arrived and it had had a few marks on which you wouldn't expect for the price. All material is scratchy and comes off. Bit disappointed but looks great. Customer service were all great

I saw some great stuff on line, so made a short list and decided to go into the Leeds branch to see and try on the outfits, to save delivery costs, exchanging sizes and generally feel the quality. Utter waste of time, because not one of the products I was looking for was in store! Not one!!!! I ended up spending my money elsewhere and am now a happy John Lewis customer.
