“Definitely blue in real life dont order based on how green it looks in the picture. Looks cute in my house! A bit of the weaving was broken but OB gave me some money off.”

“Bought online. For the price, the bar trolley is not worth it. Poor workmanship, the joints and metal work is not neat but from afar it looks ok, at a closer look it looks cheap and poorly made.”

“I always love the beautiful items and products from Oliver Bonas. But I had an uncomfortable shopping experience recently. I think I was picking up birthday cards for my friends, my indecisive of the selection took me quite a long time. I feel I annoyed one of the shop assistants. So when I was paying my purchase, I felt very self-conscious when she gave me instructions to check out.”

“Staff friendly but had to be given a credit note because I paid on PayPal online. John Lewis manage to pay back through PayPal so not sure why Oliver bonas cannot. But staff in store were helpful”

“My mirror arrived damaged and had two previous customers names and addresses on the packaging which was so dissapointing for me. But upon contacting the company they were swift to resolve and send a replacement item unfortunately no explanation or reasoning why the first item was sent was given. Thankfully the second mirror was perfect and very well packaged to ensure no breakages and the mirror is beautiful and very good quality i love it.”

“I love the store. But I was really disappointed with the quality of the product - I had bought the bracelet for a friends 30th birthday and it broke after a week. When I tried to get a gift receipt so she could return/exchange it, I was told I couldn’t get one.”
