“The staff were lovely, however I took my mother who is in a wheelchair and the Canary Wharf store is not completely accessible which is unfortunate. My mum could not access certain parts, as the space was too tight. But really happy with the bag I purchased.”

“A nice garment but the fit was very short on me, which I don’t normally mind, but the fabric was quite see through (even with a lining fabric). I ended up returning this.”

“I had initially ordered this jumper online but when it arrived it seemed huge! The label at the top said size 10 (the size I had ordered) but the label on inside seam was size 18. When I returned it to the store in York, they were friendly and took my details and apologised for the error. They offered to reorder it in my size but there were none left. I ended up buying it in a different size. Aoife in the shop was very helpful and friendly but I am disappointed that OB didn’t get in touch about their error.”

“Purchased a picnic basket and blanket online. The basket arrived, along with someone else’s order instead of the blanket. Customer services were quick to reply and reorder the blanket. They were arranging collection of the wrong order but I never heard back.”
