Unfortunately I’m going to have to put very poor as my parcel is yet to be delivered and I’m not getting any support from Hermes who have now told me to contact Oliver Bonas which I have done via customer services. Sarah Hicks

What can I say? The lamp itself is beautiful, it would get 5 stars but... I ordered 2 of them and received only 1! No answer to my email inquiry on where is my other lamp? So please can somebody tell me where is 1 out of the 2 lamps that I've ordered?

This card comes with a sticker over the envelope and card which leaves a dark mark on the card so I had no choice but to return it. Really disappointing.

This was supposed to be a Xmas present for my mother in law but not recieved yet despite the fact that I ordered this 2 weeks ago. I was supposed to receive it before Christmas and it didn't arrive, but thought that I would at least be here by now (31st December). I have emailed and only got a generic reply. There are NO phone lines. Where on earth is my package?

Ordered as a Christmas present...order was accepted and paid for....only when chased after 2 weeks was it found that the item was out of stock. Very disappointing.
