I would love to review this item, but my daughter still hasn’t received it, despite me paying extra for delivery in time for Christmas. I am extremely disappointed. Where is it? I ordered it on December 22nd and it is now 30th December. It’s not good enough. I ordered it specifically so that she would have a Christmas present. I won’t be ordering again.

Hello I haven’t received them yet so cannot review my order ( I had an email a week ago saying that Hermes had received a notification but not the items) I have paid for postage 3-5 working days so maybe this will be refunded I am aware that problems have arisen re postage but I have received orders after this from other retailers kind regards Liza

I received an email from Oliver Bonas requesting that I review my order when my order still hasn’t arrived after 9 days and they have failed to respond to my emails... I paid for express delivery (1-2days) with the website guaranteeing that my order would arrive in time for Christmas. It’s been 9 days and my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas present, still hasn’t arrived on the 30th of December. I’ve been in touch with customer service with no response after several days.

Do not order for delivery I paid extra to arrive by 23rd of Dec; nothing happened and no communication until 29th December. I tried many times to contact the company, but only automated response, and no direct method of contact.

Absolutely appalling service, blamed Royal Mail for non delivery when in fact they had used Hermes which had a date of 23rd December on its label. Oliver Bonas need to sort out their customer service side of the business! Never again

Ordered before 12:30 on the 22nd December with Express shipping to arrive by Christmas for delivery as stated on the OB website, and the item wasn’t ‘received’ by the courier until the 26th. Item not arriving until the 28th, so person receiving gift went without. What a joke. Will avoid buying online from Oliver Bonas again.

My delivery was promised by the 24th and arrived on the 28th. It arrived with a mug broken and I find not being able to speak to someone from customer services very irritating. Please refund me for 1 x mug.

I bought this item and was told it had been dispatched. As I waited 5 days I then received an email saying it had bee refunded to my account even though I never asked. I am very dissapointed as it seems you can still buy it online. Still awaiting Oliver bonas to return my email.....

Part of my order didn’t arrive. Then emailed the day before Christmas Eve that it wouldn’t be delivered and that the purchase had been cancelled!

Sadly one of the pots had been completely smashed in transit. I advise you of this on the 24th when the Hermes courier delivered. He knew the package had been broken and said it would have happened in the warehouse. I am still waiting to hear from your customer services department as to how I can get a refund. The broken vase is still in the box in case you want photographic evidence. I also paid extra for a speedy delivery.
