Unfortunately this item arrived broken due to the lack of reasonable safety packaging and as this was a gift for Christmas for me 80 year old Aunty ! I was very disappointed by the care of which the product was packed for delivery !

Very disappointed with the earrings. The clasp doesn’t work properly and they have not turned out as in the picture that was modelled. I have written to customer services but have not had any reply.

Item was purchased on the 19th Dec. It was meant to arrive within 1-3 days, in time for Christmas but due to someone not able to add a label correctly (required reprinting apparently) and send to the couriers in time it eventually arrived on the 28th. Very disappointed.

I received the order promptly which I was impressed with considering how close to Christmas it was. However the earring weren’t included in the package, I have emailed but now have no idea if they’re being dispatched separately or were just forgotten (probably). Not great service.

I ordered and paid for express delivery with a guarantee delivery before Christmas and it hasn’t even arrived yet!

I bought a handbag for my wife for Christmas but the delivery from your courier Hermes was left on my doorstep while I was out on Christmas Eve. I have a note from a random kindly neighbour (6 doors away) saying they picked the parcel up as it was left standing out there for hours, this was despite my instructions to the delivery company to drop the item at my actual next door neighbour’s house I haven’t been able to collect the present from my neighbour as they are now away. As a result I still haven’t given my wife her Christmas present. All I got was an email from Hermes telling me that my parcel was safely delivered. Great service. 😔😔😔

This candle arrived in a battered box and when it came to wrapping this up as a present I checked inside and found that it was not only broken but it had been taped back together.
