I love Oliver Bonas and have bought many items of clothing which are lovely and good quality. I can’t comment on the item above as I STILL haven’t received it although HERMES have said they have delivered it!! Why it was left in a logshed, I do not know especially when my husband was home all day and no-one rang the doorbell!

Though I paid extra for one day shipping, the product arrived over four days late. No recompense was ever offered. Will not buy from them again. It was sent to the delivery company late but Bonas.

Ordered glasses on 26/12 to Dublin. Only delivery info on tracking site ascendia that they are on a container since 6 jan. no an post tracking details available. Today is 13 jan and still no delivery details available. I’m sure product will be fine but delivery taking way to long. Can’t shop here again if it takes this amount of time . Sorry about the comment but it’s fact

Nice looking, however all I could see was the ceiling. It’s angled upwards, so you can only see yourself if you have to within 10cm from your face - any further backwards (in my case, at the back of the dressing table) all you can see is the ceiling due to the angled mirror.

I have not received this item (green leaf wooden framed wall art) - I have tried now on 3 occasions to contact you to find out where it has got to and have not received a response. I'm also missing a desk lamp that I ordered. Can someone please get back to me!!! Or refund me for the missing items and I don't think they are ever going to arrive

Expected a lovely gift to arrive for a 25th anniversary but was delivered In pieces. Have sent an email to arrange replacement but no reply back. Not good customer service

Received the lampshade still waiting on the base. I have emailed and sent Instagram messages and been told someone will look into it. It’s a £150 light and it has been sent using the cheapest and most unreliable service being Hermes. It has put me off buying from OB in the future.
