“Although the dress I bought didn’t suit me, I can’t fault the quality of the clothes. Absolutely beautiful material - just not on me! Really speedy and easy returns.”

“Sorry quite disappointed. Earrings nothing like the website photography (both items). Packaging and presentation very poor for the cost of the product as the items were to be given as a gift. Didn't actually feel I could gift them.”

“Excellent product and prompt delivery. HOWEVER, the size of the packaging was quite ridiculous considering the very small size of the item. Not environmentally friendly.”

“Love the necklace and the design and materials. Only thing is the Packaging could be improved. Oliver Bonas is a well known name and i expected the necklace and earrings (i bought previously) to be packed in a little jewelry box. What arrived was a little baggy with tissue paper. Could do with improvement definitely!”

“Not greeted on arrival. The vase I bought wasn’t boxed, I’d have thought additional stock of boxed untouched vases would be in the stock room of the store. I asked to pay part card part cash, Christmas money been given to me. The cashier said oh I can’t do it on this till…. I felt like saying well would you move so I could pay like that? I didn’t say that. I didn’t say anything but ruined the experience a little.”

“The necklace was lovely. I paid for the gift box and was given an empty box with no tissue paper. And the necklace was in a plastic bag tangled up. I had to improvise with cotton wool balls to make it look nicer as a gift.”

“Whilst the product is lovely and just what I wanted, it took a month to arrive. It was ordered mid November for a birthday mid December. It arrived at the end of the day after the birthday. Those on the customer services whatsapp group were very cheery and helpful but I had to repeatedly contact them to find out what the continued issues were. A lovely product spoiled by the stress of having to chase this up and it arriving late.”
