“I ordered this to the shop a week ahead of Christmas and it seems to have got lost or delays. It ended up arriving on the first week of January. Luckily a kind man from customer service assured me with the problem and refunded my order , and luckily the store had one left in stock in the shop closest to me . However if this wasn’t the case I would have been hugely disappointed as I really needed it for a Christmas Day gift . Even just an update to say ‘ sorry’ would have been appreciated but it was me having to phone and email a lot . Definitely won’t be using the click and collect service again but will buy products in store maybe”

“Love the necklace but feel it’s over priced and disappointed with the packaging it arrived in - a small plastic bag within a small OB plastic bag. Think it should have been boxed to present it properly.”

“Really pleased with shopping at Oliver Bonas. Always find unique things but I fear quality is dropping a little as I have had to make a complaint in recent months. However that complaint regarding a home item was resolved so pleasantly that the customer service in the aftermath of disappointment has kept me shopping at Oliver Bonas. Just hope quality is maintained because I love the style.”

“Fun, easy to work party bulb. Disappointed with colours as they are not the pastels as advertised as per image. The colours were the only reason I bough from O. B and could have got the same bulb off of amazon for much less..although it Works I feel scammed none the less.”

“I really like the design of the two Kalyani mugs that I bought but feel a bit let down at the finishing where the metallic glaze of the handles meet the bodies. It looks a bit shabby (but not chic!) I note this area is not well shown on the marketing images.”

“The product itself was great but it was sent in bad damaged packaging that looked like warehouse packaging rather than the box you would get in the shop. As it was a gift I had to find alternative packaging that would also prevent it from being damaged. Other than that fine but a bit disappointed with the packaging.”

“I ordered a small picture called Dancing queen in Early December Order Number: 1003314288 and it took forever to come !! I was told 2 weeks after I ordered it that due to it being a large item it was taking longer ?? I would not class a picture frame that is 70cm by 18cm large !! I only received it after complaining and getting it just 3 days before Xmas ! Bit of a poor shoe on the dispatch side of things”

“The bag was great and the cardigan lovely however, when it arrived we found the stitching for one of the buttons had stretched the area of the cardigan around the button leaving the button drooping strangely. Sadly the cardigan is now sold out for a replacement.”

“Got all the products I ordered but I didn’t receive an email confirmation to pick up the delivery from the store. I just went anyways about a week after the estimated collection day and picked up the delivery.”
