“Picture of lamp when selling bulb is misleading so think the whole light is £25 but actually only light bulb”

“Click and collect didn't arrive before Christmas despite being expected on Friday 20th. Goods were fortunately in stock in the shop so I had to buy again and the shop returned the order for a refund. Helpful staff.”

“I bought a pair pyjamas for my wife for Christmas. She is quite small and I thought extra small would fit her. Unfortunately, they were enormous. I also thought, naively, they were silk but again, unfortunately, they were not. My wife wasn't impressed. Sadly, I had to return them.”
