“Lots of stock available and we’ll organised which made last minute Christmas shopping enjoyable. Quite a long wait at the till which explains the 3 stars. All Employees very pleasant and apologised for the waiting.”

“I love the stuff in the store and I think the staff are helpful, however as it is busy, the queues were quite long and you could tell the staff were getting tired.”

“I love Oliver Bonas and the gift selection was good on the Northcote Road branch. However - the store was VERY busy and there was zero crowd control. People were scrambling around the store trying to get around the huge queue which took up the majority of the store. In light of the recent government announcement, this made me quite nervous. This store is very small and I expected better. Yes these are busy times and stores are busy, but better crowd control was needed.”

“OB have a number of lovely items available but lots of them are in boxes so it is difficult to see what they look like i.e. vases. In addition the shop assistant serving was extremely slow and was gift wrapping some marks for another customer and was the only assistant available. That meant there was quite a long wait to pay for an item. One customer in front of me abandoned their weight to be served and only their departure prevented me from being a second person to give up waiting.”

“It’s a nice mirror, good quality but I had to return because it isn’t adjustable it’s just fixed in one place so I couldn’t adjust to the right height or angle.”

“On the whole Oliver Bonas have nice products, though a little overpriced for what they are. My main issue is the amount of packaging used. I ordered three very small items (two of them were jewellery) and they came in such a big box with the most ridiculous amount of packaging inside. Made Amazon look eco-friendly! Very disappointed.”

“I enjoyed the shopping process with OB. They had a welcome off of £5 to new customers and I was kept informed about the delivery of my order. The product I bought was not worth the price though I terms of quality.”

“Click and collect took a lot longer than what I would have expected but aware all economic factors may have influenced this. A good product. Expensive compared to similar alternatives but looks good quality (although still made in China). In store service (leeds store) was fantastic.”
