“The bracelet was very nice but sadly it just came wrapped in tissue paper Presentation is a big part of a gift and it was disappointing for it not to come in a gift box”

“My order did get lost which meant it was around 2 weeks before I recieved it. I had to raise it with customer service who informed me that part of my order was OOS which a bit disappointing but the customer service where very quick in giving me a refund and then resenting out the doormat.”

“I always have loved Oliver Bonas. You have unique items for decoration, clothes, or accesories. As one of your costumers I need to say that the quality of your products it’s not the one that used to be. I have bought in the last month a couple of cats hair clips, a rattan lamp and a knitted top. One of the clips broke when I open it for the first time, the knitted top looks awfull after the first wash and the rattan finish of the lamp is not the best. I love Oliver bonas but I think is time to discover other brands with a better quality.”

“Oliver Bonas itself was very easy to use and delivery was very good but I'm not very impressed with the packaging of their jewellery! The items look really lovely but when they arrive in a plastic bag its rather disappointing.”
