I would love to tell you how wonderful this product is, but..........it has yet to arrive. !! 6 days overdue, so I guess it has gone 'walkabout'. Have reported this, so we shall see what happens next. PB.

The packaging was huge and wasteful for a pair of earrings. It is totally unnecessary to send such a small item in such a large box with excessive packaging- unethical environmentally and financially for the customer - shame on you OB

My first ever purchase with yourselves. You inconvenienced me so much but cancelling my order as you didn’t have the stock after I had paid. One very angry customer who’s Christmas gift is ruined as I can’t find anything similar. I’ve contacted you and also been ignored

Hi there Amelia, sorry to hear this. Due to the volume of orders we've been receiving, sadly some of the products are out of stock by the time they are picked. Since more people are shopping online than ever before, our stock has been going very quickly. The garment I received is soiled. It has a stain on the right breast area, 3 stains on the left sleeve, 2 on the front and 1 on the back. It also has a mark across the shoulders. It is quite evident that the top has been worn then returned. I am very surprised that clothing is not checked on return or before dispatch especially in the current climate. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

It has been over two weeks since I ordered and this still hasn't been given by Oliver Bonas to the Courier Company, even though they have printed a shipping label in order to mark it as shipped in the system and charge my card. I have emailed customer support multiple times with no response except a auto-reply that says they are taking over FIVE WORKING DAYS to reply to customer support enquiries. Do not buy - you will not receive your order.

Sadly due to what's going on and the current climate, our teams are being stretched incredibly thin due to reduced staff and the residual effect from black friday. My order still has not arrived. Hermes have said there is a hold on and will let me know on Sat 12th Dec when it will be delivered. I placed my order 2 weeks ago. I am worried it will not arrive before Christmas.
