Ordered on 25th November no further updates from Oliver Bonas Hermes have advised on 26th Nov delay on parcel ,nothing further Not impressed, first time I've ordered and it will be the last

The online order did not make it plain the base was not included.Poor value had to buy base as a extra at a cost of nearly £40.

Paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel was not delivered till a week later. I kept messaging customer service to ask when I would receive the parcel but I did not receive any response. When my parcel finally arrived a week later, it was in completely damaged condition. I have also contacted the company about this and have not received any response. Could someone please get back in touch with me about this?
