I still haven’t received this item. Payment has been taken from my bank, but no product has been received. I have tried to contact the company and still had no response. I did have a message from Hermes to say they were waiting on You to send the parcel. Having received the email to do a review, I am now getting alittle concerned as this is meant to be a gift for Christmas

Unfortunately, i cannot review the product as i ordered it on 1 December and am still awaiting delivery. Also waiting a response from OB as to what is happening with the delivery.

Ordered 2 packs of hot chocolate bombs. And when arrived they were all broke and damaged. These for Christmas presents, which I now can’t give them.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I am still waiting on delivery of my item despite the fact that payment for same was taken from my account on 8 days ago.

Arrived broken – have contacted returns department (which wasn't easy to locate) and no one has got back to me. In fact, they were much hotter about taking my money and asking for a review than they were actually delivering something. Nul points.

Arrived broken in pieces, not very well packaged in paper only, should have been bubble wrapped well. Am still waiting to hear about a replacement, which am anxious to get as it will, hopefully, be a christmas gift.
