I ordered click and collect to be delivered to the store for last week. I’ve had no correspondence since. I visited the Bromley store to see if it was there on the off chance, and was just told that there has been delays. Would have been nice to know when ordering!

Hi there, There is sadly delays due to the ongoing issues with stores closing and then reopening because of lockdown. Hi. I ordered this on the 25th November, charted for it on my credit card on the 25th November. Emailed you last week to say it had not arrived. #notarrivedyet I still do not have my parcel nor have you contacted me back from my request last week. I await to hear from you. Gareth Finney

We have not yet received our purchase and last correspondence was an email from Hermes on 29/11 saying they are waiting to receive it.

Strange you’re asking me to write a review about a product I haven’t even received..... and it’s way past the estimated delivery time. It looked beautiful online. But if it arrives anytime soon I’ll be able to say with absolute certainty.

I never received the products, I attempted to contact both the courier company and Oliver Bonas, however I have not heard back from any of these two. Therefore, I am deeply disappointed as I lost both my money and my parcel, so I will not buy more stuff from the store in the future.

This review has to to be a joke! I have never received the items I ordered 2 weeks ago which were supposed to be Christmas presents. I have paid for them and nothing has arrived. In fact I visited a store today to try to investigate as your customer service team did not pick up. Disgusted actually

If the order had been processed correctly for this item and several others I’m sure I may be happy. Sadly never arrived. Thankfully customer service were very helpful so fingers crossed 🤞

Whole experience pretty poor first parcel made it as far as the Hermes van, but apparently we weren’t in, we where. Then days wasted trying to contact customer service via email, phone and social media, finally got hold of them and sorted the redelivery. Then to be disappointed with the presentation and quality of the product. Won’t be back.

One of the cups arrived broken. I have written three emails and i have had one automatic response and no response from any person whatsoever. Find this very frustrating. So I think I will just have to return the item

Extremely disappointing that the £5 gift box, of which I bought 2, wasn't a gift box at all it was an envelope inside a large cardboard box. Would definitely not recommend as a "gift box" and definitely not worth paying extra for.
