Arrived completely smashed to pieces. There was no fragile sign on the box and there was no wrapping around it to protect it

Badly damaged box for on of the candles and can’t Bellevue it would be sent in that condition. Still awaiting a response from customer service.

When the box arrived it was unfortunately empty, this way have been an oversight during the crazy Christmas season, or perhaps an issue in the postal system.

Unfortunately I have found the customer service to be extremely poor, and having paid for the items 3 times, I have still not received any sort of response or resolution to this, despite chasing it up on numerous occasions and being told someone will get back to me. I also asked if there was a number i could call to get it resolved quickly but have had no response to that message.

I ordered three items and have only received two. I have now sent two emails requesting that this issue be resolved and have heard nothing. Extremely disappointing to experience such bad customer service. These items are Christmas presents and I am concerned that I will not be able to give them in time now.

These arrived and as I took them out the box and cleaned them, I put them on the worktop and realised there was a significant size difference one was much taller than the other. So I took out the other two glasses from the box and they are ALL different sizes?! Meaning the print is also off. I have emailed but have had no response, I am so disappointed.

In November I purchased online a mirrored gold tray and requested delivery to be click and collect to your Brighton shop. Having chased up the whereabouts of this order I was told on 8/12/20 that it had been lost in transit. Your customer services advised me that you do not have the man power to follow this up and it is seen as just lost??? I asked if another could be sourced from one of your shops as the product is now sold out on line. I was told that even if they could find one, it would not be possible to send it to Brighton. They did say they had 2 in Wandsworth London and I could have arranged for this to be picked up but sadly the phone line to your Wandsworth shop is not working and one of your customer service agents said it wasn't working last week. Finally I have had to chase up the refund. I have today received an email to say that it will be refunded within 5 working days. All in all the whole process/service has been a shambles and I am very surprised at Oliver Bonas.

I wouldn’t know as I am being asked to review before the items have been delivered. Over 2 weeks waiting. Shame as I normally find the customer service excellent.

Difficult to review the product as it was ordered on the 29th November and next day delivery was paid for. No item so far and can only review the after care which has consisted of automated responses.....please wait a week before contacting and then when you oblige you are told there is a five day wait for responses. Disgraceful

Ordered items in the sale , never received them was given a refund . Very easy to blame the courier company I guess !

Hook a screen shot of the coca bombes I ordered. They were 100% nut free. Got a delivery of Oliver Bonas chocolate bombes which are not necessarily nut free. Not happy

Unfortunately my item never arrived. I like Oliver Bonas as a shop. It feels like a little bit of luxury for me. It's a real pity that you use such a cheap, incompetent courier. It was my first experience shopping online with oliver bonas and probably my last. Using hermes as a courier, not responding to emails within your target 5 days then 25 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone. It's been an awful experience.

We can only apologise for the lack of communication you've had from us in the time given. We have been experiencing an incredibly high volume of orders, calls and emails, that our teams just can't keep up with at the moment.
