“Click and collect took a lot longer than what I would have expected but aware all economic factors may have influenced this. A good product. Expensive compared to similar alternatives but looks good quality (although still made in China). In store service (leeds store) was fantastic.”

“We purchased this bangle for a friends 50th gift and it arrived swiftly but the quality of the item was not good enough. It felt thin and not very sturdy. We were so disappointed as its a beautiful bangle just not good enough for a special birthday gift and price. Returned with no issues.”

“The necklace is beautiful...but I would have expected the product to be in a gift box. Just in a tiny plastic bag. The worst packaging for an item if jewellery that I have ever received. So disapointed as I have bought this as a gift.”

“Lovely bracelet but I ordered 3 and they came in one plastic pouch, this was disappointing as they are for gifts so I had to order gift boxes separately and when they came they had no tissue paper in them as per what I ordered. A lot of disappointments in my first experience ordering”

“Lovely book but this is the second thing I have bought from OB and the wasteful packaging is outrageous. The size of the box for this and again for the other small item that I ordered really puts me off of ordering with them again. Please try harder OB!”

“The delivery was quick and appeared to have arrived safely however once I opened the box I could see that the candle box was ripped and must have been like this when packing. This is a shame as it was a gift and looks a little tatty (almost like a regift). If I was keeping the item for myself I wouldn't be too bothered.”

“I was very disappointed with the packaging and presentation of these items of jewellery. I paid £5.00 extra for a gift box but it looked more like a pizza box and is filled with brown scrunch paper and then the bracelet and necklace were inside tiny plastic bags. I have since purchased a gift box elsewhere and tried to make my daughter’s Christmas present more appealing. I was so disappointed with it that I have put away from sight until Christmas. I hope the jewellery itself is better quality than the packaging and presentation would suggest.”

“There was no staff on hand to assist and so had to queue up to ask staff a question (not ideal in Christmas gifting period) and then queue up to pay. A shame to be selling alphabetic socks and only have about 5 letters available.”
