I’m still waiting for my purchase to arrive which I ordered two weeks ago. I was originally directed to pick up from my local store but when I got there it was closed and staff said the item would be posted out. Despite emailing customer service asking for advise I have had no communication from the company so currently don’t know whether I will ever receive the item which is a Christmas present. Grrrrrr

Would love to leave feedback however not received item as it was left on my doorstep during the day. Contacted customer service twice and heard nothing back. Disappointed. Might as well have just thrown £30 in the bin. Thanks.

I am sure this pot would be beautiful if only it had not arrived in many pieces. I have informed the company of this 5 days ago, but have yet to hear back from them.

I ordered a plant pot which arrived damaged. I contacted Oliver Bonas but have had no response. If it hadn’t been damaged it was very nice.

Absolutely dreadful quality. Once removed from the packaging the posts were not clasped by the butterfly and the earrings just fell out of the ear lobe. Then of course you cannot send them back - what a scam

My Semilla large green pot arrived in a million smashed pieces! Still waiting for a response to my email and a refund and now I can’t buy another as all colours are out of stock in large. Useless
