Lovely looking pair of trainers but definitely come up very small i bough my mum a size 8 and they fitted my size 6 perfectly so sizing is definitely

Bought a necklace for my sister's birthday but the gold plated chain was of very poor quality, looking dull in parts, and the crystals were much smaller than I'd hoped. Disappointing for the price, usually I love OB.

Didn’t suit my figure. Also I’m 5’8 so came up too short. Such a shame as I have another jumpsuit from ob and fits me just right.

Bromley branch I visited in the middle of the day (Weds 12 May) the shop was v quiet. Despite there being 3 members of staff on the shop floor, I was not acknowledged at all (a smile wld have been nice at least?) nor asked if I wld like any help. All 3 huddled around till point talking. However, the young woman serving me was v friendly. I enquired after a product & she responded helpfully. Left the shop feeling my custom wasn’t valued really.

Loved the look of these online. Very disappointed when they arrived as the trim is only leather. Inside the shoe is a stiff canvas which is not comfortable to wear. It may soften up with wear but I thought I would not risk having sore feet so returned them. I loved the sparkle so it’s such a shame I had to return them.

The mugs look great however first time of using, one of the mugs broke. The handle came off and mug cracked whilst pouring boiling water from the kettle - not what I was expecting. This has made me nervous about using the rest I bought six, but to be fair using them with the coffee machine seems ok.

2/4 of my glasses were obviously smashed when they arrived which turned out to be all glasses that were smashed (the other 2 glasses must have had a hairline crack which I didn’t notice at first). Customer services responded saying they would send two spares (to my disappointment) when I should have been sent a new box, no questions asked. However a new box was sent in the end next day delivery after request for a new box of glasses. The glasses are beautiful however would appear they are were delicate. These were gifted to my friend who has said one glass had cracked already when hand washing the glass to use for the first time. The same place where the first boxes of glasses had broken at the stem. This is very disappointing as the gold design is beautiful and the glasses are expensive!! Disappointed all round!

Sadly this bangle was tiny and would not go on my wife’s small wrists. It was child size. As this was bought as a birthday present it was doubly disappointing. It was a beautiful design but I had to take it back.

I loved this jumper when it first arrived, so much so that I ordered another one straight away (£17 on sale felt like a bargain!) but unfortunately after one wear it bobbled SO badly it looked like I’d had it for years. I washed it to see if that would help, it did a little bit I wore it again and the same thing happened but worse. Will be contacting Customer service it’s just really poor quality to do that so quickly, especially at the full retail price,they need to consider which fabrics are suitable.

Nothing like the picture. When mug came it was for a gift and I had to send it back I thought the design was that bad, personally couldn’t hand it over. However when I messaged lady online she was lovley and sorted it out straight away and gave me a gift card for inconvenience

The piece of metal that goes through your ear is too low down, so the top of the earring hangs forward on my ear lobe. The metal pin that does through your ear should be higher up to support the weight of the top half of the earring.

Sadly this didn't work and seemed poor quality for the price. The shelves were very wonky. Disappointing because it is a lovely idea, but not practical. I returned the item quickly and have still not received a refund 2 weeks later. Very disappointing, as I used to love oliver bonas!

I love the products I ordered, however have not been able to use the diffuser due to a missing USB lead. I have reported this to Oliver Bonas, it has been acknowledged but I am yet to receive an outcome.

Went to exchange an item which I had bought it first lockdown and had since lost receipt, asked for it to be exchanged and was very reluctantly told it’s not something we usually do but ok. As if a huge favour was being done for me. Also everything is so overpriced and expensive at Oliver Bonus that I was hardly able to find anything worthy of exchanging if for. Spent nearly 30 mins trying to find something within budget to exchange it. Wasn’t the best experience
