“The customer service was fine and the products looked good on the website but I was disappointed with the quality of all three items I ordered so I returned them.”

“Sadly never arrived as was not delivered by Hermes. Offered a refund by Oliver Bonas but no compensation for not having received the goods I ordered. Disappointed.”

“Quite an attractive product but the fit just a disaster. More likely to fit a child head than an adult! The band could be elasticated to be suitable for different sizes.”

“Unfortunately as the shipping is so expensive I tend not to buy from this website which is a pity as I love all their products. I live in Ireland. Im giving 2 stars for this reason but otherwise I'd give 5 for the quality+ styles of the clothes”
