“Order got lost on the way to courier. A replacement order was sent and when I returned the items the return got lost during processing. Useless!”

“Products good, rating a 4 or 5 star. Reason for 2 star rating is the excessive packaging in which these items were delivered; a large box with lots of paper inside, when a medium sized padded envelope would have been sufficient. Disappointed in OB's apparent lack of concern for the environment, and puts me off ordering anything else from OB website.”

Hi there, our buying and design teams are continually working on ways to improve our packaging and make sure to reduce excess waste. We have made swaps to materials that are kinder to the environment, these include materials such as glass and rattan to be reusable after purchase. We are looking at new materials and new designs throughout 2021. We have passed on your feedback to the relevant teams. Team OB x

“Felt very cheaply made and not worth the money. The brass dish changed its texture after just one use and I ended up throwing away which is a real waste!”

“The handle isn’t large enough to get a good grip and the recipient kept burning her fingers with hot drinks, which is not very good as she is 93yo. She no longer uses it, which is unfortunate as it wasn’t cheap.”

“Nice gloves but unfortunately once they come into contact with any kind of moisture (not washing but just like walking around in the in the rain, humidity) , the leather shrivels and looks like gardening gloves and just gives it a very aged look even though I have only worn them 4 times.”
