“Ordered 2 plant pots. Both arrived damaged with cracks down them in multiple places. Shame as they were a gift. Good returns though.”

“My first order with this company . Some were lovely , others not so much. They also reduced the price on one item just after I received it but would not refund the difference . I returned it . A bit odd for a business”

“Unfortunately as the shipping is so expensive I tend not to buy from this website which is a pity as I love all their products. I live in Ireland. Im giving 2 stars for this reason but otherwise I'd give 5 for the quality+ styles of the clothes”

“I love Oliver Bonas’ stores, but they’ve messed up my online order multiple times. I’ve then received a parcel meant for someone else, with their name and address on the delivery note. I’ve also ordered multiples of the same top in the same size and found them to be totally different sizes (body and sleeve length mostly).”
