I thought the bulb came with this product but it does not. It made for a slightly embarrassing gift when I handed someone half a product! OB should make it much clearer that the lamp does not come with the bulb as you need the bulb to make the lamp look good.

Came in a Knott, not what I would have expected. Nearly returned it as took hours to undo it. Packaging needs to be better. Lovely necklace though.

I’m afraid it’s not good quality material for the price it has. After one wash, it lost its shape. I like the designs, but every time I buy something, quality doesn’t match it.

A gift for my sister as she loves patchouli. Unfortunately the fragrance was very mild and didn’t fill her room at all. Disappointed.

The pots were a lot smaller than they appeared online. The pots don’t sit in the frame correctly and therefore appear wonky.

Had issues with customer service. They state they couldn’t ship glassware or anything breakable to the USA. Which was totally incorrect. They couldn’t help me why my glasses and vase order would not load to cart. I finally figured it out on my own

Unfortunately there nose clips on these sunglasses were crooked and rough and I had to return them. It was a pity as they were a good design but as most women put their glasses on their heads quite often, nose clips are not a good idea!

I loved the style and the fabric is very soft. Unfortunately mine also shrank considerably after its first 30 degrees wash & line dry. It’s still wearable but it’s definitely changed the style of it and what I can wear it with.

Super soft but can’t use to cover your face for even a short period and it’s too loose. Will return when the shops reopen. Such a shame.
