“Some good unusual items in your stores, which make buying presents easier. Good quality items & trinkets for friends who are difficult to buy for. Although sometimes things are a little overpriced for what they are & people on a lower budget would be limited on what to buy.”

“I ordered 2 items online for collection in-store and was informed that both items would be available to collect the following week. Two days after the specified collection date, I reached out to the OB customer service team to find out where the items were as they had not arrived in the store and I hadn't received any follow-up notification. I was told that the items were on their way and to get in touch if I hadn't received an update in 24 hours. The next day (nearly 2 weeks after the original order date), I got back in touch as I still hadn't heard. The items were for a friend's birthday and so I was hoping to receive them in time. At this point, I was told my parcel had accidentally been sent to Bournemouth and that one of my items was no longer available. I was told I would be refunded for the unavailable item and that they would send the remaining item directly to my home address for next-day delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Two days later and after my friend's birthday celebrations I received an update that the item was out for delivery. When I raised the issue further with the customer service team they offered me a £5 voucher which I still haven't received. The item I did eventually receive is good and can be useful for a Christmas present but the delivery/ customer service was more than poor. I can only rate my experience as satisfactory.”

“Lampshade is lovely but one of the pieces was bent when it arrived so it isn’t perfect. I kept it as too awkward to take back to a shop but annoying as it would be fab”

“Disappointed how long it took for my online order to be ready for collection in store and lack of updates, especially as I found out the item was available to buy in store which I could have just done in the first place. However, product itself was good quality and well packaged. Store staff helpful and pleasant as always.”

“Presentation very poor. Delivered in a box but the necklace was in a plastic bag! When I emailed them they said gift boxes were extra but they would send one out. They never did! Personally I would not use this company again. Product doesn’t look the value I paid :-(”

“Never trust a company that make it so hard to review products. You have to wait for an email and if you bought in store, impossible. Clothing is extremely short in the sleeves. A few home items faulty. Do better please.”
