“Never trust a company that make it so hard to review products. You have to wait for an email and if you bought in store, impossible. Clothing is extremely short in the sleeves. A few home items faulty. Do better please.”

“They sell lovely items, but they use Hermes as their delivery carrier which often leads to issues. My Saturday delivery didn’t turn up until Monday and the item was also damaged.”

“Great range of beautiful things, always find a lovely gift for friends. The only annoying thing is that you can't send things with a gift receipt unless you pay £5 for a gift box which is a bit steep when you're just buying a tiny pair of stud earrings!”

“I should have looked at the dimensions as they were an awful lot smaller. The large are the size of a 50pence piece. For the money I wouldn’t recommend”

“Great product - however It was delivered by Hermes and the parcel absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke as both driver and companion was smoking heavily in the vehicle. I would much prefer to spend a little more on postage and have it delivered by DPD”

“I was sent a mug for my birthday but the finish wasn't very good. The customer service team at OB are, I have to say, exceptional and a real hard act to follow. They have bent over backwards to try and rectify the situation for me to make this a good experience through replacement items and I feel like we have finally reached a resolve some 3 replacements later. Whilst the quality of the item(s) haven't been what I would expect for the price tags placed on the items, as a company, the customer service really is what has put OB right up there for me in terms of great company ethos.”

“The shop on its own is quite good. However, the lady at the check-out desk exchanged the scarf I bought, which I had paid for, for another one when I was filling the form for the email receipt. It was a completely different design and I only noticed when I showed my daughter at home. I have never experienced this kind of thing before and there was no way I could go back to St Pancras to complain. I decided to leave it for my daughter since she liked it.”

“I was frustrated to find there were no half sizes. I knew 5 would be too small and opted for 6 but that’s too big. I’ve noticed a trend in shops to do away with half sizes which is annoying and makes it difficult to find shoes that fit. I’ll be giving these to my mum and am now on the hunt for a size that fits.”
