“Beautiful jumper. Very good quality as always with O Bonas. However, the photograph showing the model wearing the jumper did not show true shape of jumper which I found disappointing. Excellent delivery & excellent returns process. Extremely professional.”

“Product is exactly as I hoped it would be, great quality. Only slight gripe was that I wasn't notified that it had been delivered to the store two days prior to when I rang to find out what the status of it was. But overall more than happy.”

“Great product, very pleased with the quality. Problems with delivery - date not as agreed. Customer service at OB were very helpful and refunded the delivery charge. In addition, package left on doorstep by courier, without ringing bell or knocking on door. Table was well packaged - which is a good job as there was heavy rain.”

“A very user friendly website and was able to locate and purchase my item for click and collect in Glasgow store. I did not receive an email to advise me when my order was ready to collect. After a week I called the help line and was told the item had been in store. At this point I received an email, probably the very email that should have been sent days earlier. In store, the staff were very helpful and I received my purchase swiftly.”
