The gift wrapping was horrendous a very small necklace and a huge box not at all what you would expect and certainly not worth the £5 paid I have emailed twice about this issue and I have received no response and it was two weeks ago. Do not pay for the gift wrapping service

I would love to be able to review this properly, but Hermes were unable to deliver as looks like my address was not populated across when I ordered my gift card and box. I have therefore paid for something not received. Very disappointed and frustrating.

My order was placed 7days ago, to be collected 4 days later. As I write this review, I still have not received my order, not very good service at all.

I received my item damaged I called the help centre to which they asked me to email pictures of the damage and they would sort out a replacement. I did this via the online tool and have still not heard anything it will be a week tomorrow and the item is for a gift! Very disappointing!

I received plates, the plates looked too far removed to advertised on the box or the website. I understand that each plate is unique, but I received plates with multi coloured dots randomly plopped onto the surface, not the expected beautiful melting colours around a rim. I find what I received compared to the reference photos very unappealing. But then the issue arose of how do I leave a product specific review to ward people off buying the plates? It seems I am writing a review for Oliver Bonas as a company, and not the disappointing product. The longer I am trying to figure out how to write a review for a product, in what I bet is being sold as an "intuitive" UI third party review website the more I want to leave a bad review for the whole company as reviews.io is very frustrating. Seriously, I don't know if I am writing a product or company review and I just spent half an hour trawling through the Oliver Bonas website to figure out how to leave a product review (no answer in FAQs or links on product page, miraculously the bot helped) to finally get this link to reviews.io. And on this website it isn't clear how to leave a product review, I even tried googling it and all articles that came up show how to leave a review for a company. I am now convinced the 4* rating of these plates on the website is not reflective of real life as the user journey to leave a review is so impossible that at least 95% of potential reviewers drop off. Consequently leading me to question the thoroughness and veracity of any product rating advertised on the Oliver Bonas website. It's disappointing as I do like the style of most Oliver Bonas merchandise but the web experience makes me very tense. I'd also like to post a photo of how unsightly the plates looked to really strike home on how unlike they were to advertised, but this doesn't seem to be an option.

Terrible product and I bought two at different times! Neither one opened up to put batteries in and my husband even strained his hand in the process! I was so unimpressed that I contacted the company who makes them and lo and behold lots of reviews on how bad this product is to get into it!

Did not receive my last delivery, apparently it’s still with Hermes where I can’t get hold of anyone. When I check my OB account it says “no orders” great.

Really disappointed 😭 the frame has been set uneven and glue has spilled out into view in one area which is really visible and detracts from it completely. It looks faulty cheap and knackerd and I'm still to hear back from customer service. Massive BOO

Poor quality, gems look like theyre made of plastic, they were all scratched and the glue on them was visible. Very small, doubt it would fit many people.
