Never received my items. Last Hermes update was thatbit would be delivered within 24hrs and that was in the 11th November

Not very happy with product as packaging had a rip in and faded like it had been on a shelf by a window for a long time! Was going to give as a present but unable to because of damage.

Bought 2 gift boxes for 2 sets of ear rings I'd ordered - boxes were far too big to be used for ear rings - most disappointed and a waste of money!!

Given as a gift but parcel was left outside the address in a communal hallway and was never received as it was taken from outside the property. So much for paying for delivery and gift wrapping. I won’t use this service again.

In both pictures the mother of pearl stone was turquoise in colour. The one I received had a white stone. I acknowledge that the site said "Due to the nature of the stone, each piece is unique" , I think this is misleading and there should be more indication that the item could be of a completely different colour. If you want a turquoise one I assume you should select a different item. Buyer beware!

I ordered this and it was confirmed by email. Then less than an hour later I was advised it was out of stock. So no I can’t givebit a good review.

Earings arrived late and one broken, the outer packaging was not sealed. Upon opening the ear post which is very flimsy was broken on one of the earing pieces and checking the other the solder was so thin that it would have broken off when trying to put through ear. Not impressed !

I love Oliver Bonas but a little disappointed with my last home delivery, I had a secret Santa to buy for £20 so looked in the sale and found a dress and a necklace so I was super happy. Granted these items were in the sale but regardless I would have expected them to arrive how they would have come if they were new unless this would have been stated somewhere before I purchased. The dress was fine and in a plastic sealed bag. But the necklace was in an Oliver Bonas plastic envelope that was ripped at both edges and the necklace inside had no tag. Just looks a bit shoddy. I will know next time not to shop from the sale I also found it annoying that online orders add £5 for gift wrap but if you go into the shop they do this for free and make it look lovely
