I ordered this product but it arrived faulty with some of the gold around the base being rubbed off. I have emailed the business to ask about the best way to swap this item for a new one but have had no response for over a week. I expected more from this business.

I cannot leave a review as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GOODS. HERMES CLAIM TO HAVE DELIVERED BUT THIS IS UNTRUE CLEDARLY THERE IS NO POINT IN ME COMPLETING THE REST OF THIS.

I bought hot chocolate bombs. The amount charged was given in euro & I paid by Apple Pay & the amount charged changed. I assumed was an issue with your website so I emailed & the persons response was “we can’t do anything”. I replied & said I wanted to speak to someone else and then she agreed to refund the difference with no apology or commitment to resolving the issue. I would be very wary in buying from your website again based on this experience.

I still have not received my order of 2 plant pots therefore before I review I would like the order to be delivered - this lead time a too long Order placed 16th November

I ordered these for a birthday gift. Opted for next day delivery, hoping they would arrive on 18th Nov. It is 24 Nov. and despite two calls to customer service, neither gift has arrived. The team was apologetic, refunded my Next Day delivery charge and promised to send a replacement by Royal Mail. However, it is till a disappointing service.

The lamp is very small and very poor quality. When you try to lift the lamp it’s soft and bends in your hand.
