Ive not shopped much with Oliver Bonas. The item I did purchase was different to online image (different colour) but they don't seem like the specialise in jewellery so what can I expect

Wanted to purchase this bag in early October. None on website or in any store I could reasonably travel to. Was for gift. Ticked box to get email when back in stock. Email never came despite being an automated service. Called stores 3 hours away from me and asked to purchase and have it posted (with me paying extra costs), was told not a service that could be done. Eventually after checking website daily it came into stock and I ordered.

Love the choice, but hate the way items "fade up" by in groups. Really slows down the browsing experience and is very frustrating.

The store did not have the necklaces in stock and advised ordering on line They couldn’t take deliveries at the store for click and collect The delivery company left £112 of jewellery on the doorstep! The necklaces were all out of the fabric pouches and had to be salvaged from the box edge crevices

Uncomplicated shopping and fast delivery - also outside the UK. Nice surprise that there was no problem with the customs, all handled very professionally

Found that the stores had quite a limited selection compared to what’s online, however, the staff were very friendly and the shop aesthetics was nice

The item is lovely in theory, however there is clearly a defect in the design. The first one arrived and part of the frame was coming away from the mirror on one of the trio. Customer service was great and sent me out a replacement straight away. Sadly the second one arrived with the same issue. So I would not recommend this product. The second time I asked for a refund rather than another replacement which was granted straight away
