“I often shop in this store as it’s round the corner from my work, so it’s convenient to pop by and grab gifts. Generally the service has been great in the past - always very friendly and welcoming, and the store is always clean and looks great. The store seemed abit busier today, I assume people are getting last minute gifts so there is more pressure in store.. but the girl that served me unfortunately on this occasion just didn’t provide the usual welcoming service that I’ve experienced in the past. I’m trying to be mindful that it’s a stressful season for retail workers, but she asked if I wanted a bag, I confirmed yes, she asked again which I again said yes please - I had absolutely no issue with repeating myself as I’m just as forgetful at times.. but she passed my things over to me without a big, so I asked for a bag as she had clearly forgotten and she responded with “right ok, so you did want a bag then”. She may have misheard me on the previous 2 times, but I feel like her response was just patronising. She may have not meant to come across in an off the way, I just feel like tone of voice goes a long way.”

“Purchase is actually a gift so can't review product but I've given 3 stars as I felt it took a long time for delivery to store for collection. It may be quicker if I had it delivered to my address, will try that with future orders.”

“Reasonably quick reply but didn't solve my problem when trying to enter the code I had received when trying to use a £5 voucher credit on my account despite twice you telling me it would Gave up and ordered the 8th paying t(e full price without using the voucher”

“Bought the candles on line. One has a slight bend in it but I didn’t send back and live 80 miles from nearest store. Would not recommend”

“Sadly the Wokingham store didn’t live up to expectations. Far too busy to wrap anything but could give you a roll of paper to do it yourself. Chaotic staff and should have set u a side table to wrap and clear the tills faster.”
