“They are very pretty but smaller than thought they would be”

“Experience was just OK, I was offered the same product by email after I had purchased it. Visibility on delivery was poor without expected date given, notice only on day of delivery. Would have liked to have been able to purchase essential oils to go with the diffuser in the same transaction.”

“I ordered it to a shop and somehow the shop didn’t take it then it automatically delivered it to an address I had on the account, which was my old address… had to go pick it up”

“Staff in Chichester store very pleasant and helpful however they experience d IT problems when trying to order a different size and when item ready to collect from store I had one email to say at store and another one immediately after to say it had been collected!! I rang the store who were reassuring and told me there had been problems with their system hence only 3 stars!”

“Initially OB sent me a mirror with a piece missing so the item cannot possibly have been 'carefully checked' before dispatch as their website claims. However, their customer service team were absolutely fantastic, helped to arrange a return and a super-quick replacement so that my daughter received her Christmas present on time. She was absolutely thrilled with it so I was delighted. It's a very sturdy, classy item and I have no doubt she'll treasure it for years. Is compiling her OB Christmas list for next year already!”
