“Very soft, nice but sadly It originally came a little damaged, I didn't return it because I like it but I'm disappointed :(”

“After ordering a size 10 I received a size 16 in a size 10 bag - so had to reorder... also I found the dresses arrived creased, which isn't really acceptable when paying these prices, so better to purchase in store if available.”

“The doormat itself is great. Colours are gorge and I love it. What I didn’t understand though is it being sent out in a huge box but it being folded in half? Should be packed in a way to keep it flat.”

“The item itself is beautiful. But it arrived smelling incredibly strongly of damp. A replacement was sent after explaining this to customer service, who were lovely to be fair. The replacement has arrived now and smells equally as badly. According to the reviews on here, this is a problem that has been ongoing with this item for some time. These stinky bedspreads should not be being sent out to customers. There has been ample time to investigate and stop this from happening and yet nothing has been done to prevent this and prevent customers getting items that clearly should not be being sold - their condition is not perfect, it can only be described as ‘new but foul smelling’. Even after complaining that the first one smelled badly, they couldn’t even ensure the second one was ok. I could not recommend purchasing this item. Not until Oliver Bonas actually make an effort to sort this out and stop sending these out to customers. Could not be more disappointed. Even washing did not remove the smell from the first one - the smell is too engrained. Oliver Bonas - you know there’s a problem with this item, stop selling them in this condition.”
