“the jumpsuit is great, I've have been wearing it non-stop, however, there were some issues with it, there is evidence of a repair stitch in blue thread in a visible part near the collar. Other stitching has come loose. It appears the item I got was something that was of a lower quality and this was known to Oliver Bonas”

“Gorgeous pot, however the first one arrived in minimal protected packaging so had cracked into four pieces. The customer service team were excellent in sending out a replacement, however it was disappointing.”

“Not great. The only person helpful, very sweet and professional was a girl called JoJo in the Reading Oracle store. She even took my phone number and passed it onto the Wokingham store who never called me. It was because she didn't have any bags left and Wokingham had one. I phoned Westfield and they were also really unhelpful. In the end I was lucky enough to get one on line. I left my email for OB to contact me when one comes back in stock but never received an email so I found it myself after checking daily.”

“I haven’t received my refund and the shop assistant didn’t fill me with confidence that I will receive it. On receipt of the order when I tried it on I found there was cigarette papers in the breast pocket.”
