“I should have gone with my instinct in store, which was that these earrings are way too heavy. Also, when they light up it, I don’t think they look as good - all the cracks are revealed & the flickering looks more like fault. But they were very reasonably priced and are fun. I’m sure they’ll be a talking point.”

“Ordered fine but delivery lost on click & collect & then out of stock on web site so customer services cancelled the order. Luckily, they actually had stock in store when I called in.”

“I found what was needed, a gift for a friend. However I wasn't given a bag with the purchase (a bracelet) just a small drawstring fabric bag. I was expecting a little OB grey bag too.. A little disappointed as now I have to buy a gift bag from somewhere else...”

“Not good. Girl with blonde hair in a low totally dismissive at till, as if I wasn't there. The person who did serve me in the end definitely noticed. I felt like she was over compensating for her colleagues being rude. I've never left a shop feeling like ive been deliberately ignored for no reason. Am I'm not someone to complain ever.”

“I recently purchased a knitted jumpsuit from Oliver Bonas that I absolutely loved in terms of design and style. However, I was disappointed with the overall fit and quality. The jumpsuit’s crotch was unusually low, making it uncomfortable to wear. Despite ordering a smaller size to try and address the issue, the problem persisted. To make matters worse, the last jumpsuit I ordered had a noticeable fault—one leg was nearly two inches longer than the other—so I had no choice but to return it. While I appreciate that refunds were processed swiftly and without issue, my experience was let down by the lack of response to my email to customer service. I had contacted them to report the design flaw and the faulty garment but didn’t receive any acknowledgment or reply. It felt this disappointing given the brand’s reputation. Overall, while the style of the jumpsuit was beautiful, the fit and quality control issues, combined with the lack of response from customer service, mean I can’t recommend this particular product.”
