“Using the website was easy enough but after spending the time putting together my basket I was extremely disappointed to be told that 11(!) of the items would be refunded due to stocking issues. Waste of time.”

“I find the website difficult to use as the product images are quite small. It also always scrolls back to the top of the search page when you click back.”

“Website Item was faulty not as described. Offered a 15% discount i declined. Had to email chase fight for a full refund. £36 for a bath mat which was of default quality.”

“Bought a few items, member of staff very pleasant and I asked if I could use blue light card and get discount which she said I would and she had taken off the discount but when I checked my e receipt no discount had been deducted .”

“I saw two bracelets. The salesperson told me they were Sterling Silver and I purchased them and two gift boxes. Before leaving the shop I noticed they had no hallmarks. When I asked about this I was told again they were Sterling Silver. I immediately cancelled the purchase.”

“Mirror arrived damaged and I asked for a replacement. I was informed that this wasn't possible because I live in Dublin. I was given a full refund and a 5 euro voucher. The mirror was sold out when I tried to purchase it again. Very disappointing”

“Everything with order and delivery was fine and I LOVE the dress, but it arrived with one of the ties hanging off and where the fabric had ripped. I kept it because I needed it for a wedding and if didn't show once I had the dress on, worried it won't last though!”

“Website experience was good as usual but paid extra for next day delivery and it didn’t come until two working days later so a complete waste of money and time and I had to return the item anyway. No use in offering a service if it’s not working and won’t be ordering from the website again as I cannot guarantee an item will arrive when I need it.”
