“Unfortunately product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after ordering and paying online so can’t give more stars. Complaint sent to customer service”

“Website experience was good as usual but paid extra for next day delivery and it didn’t come until two working days later so a complete waste of money and time and I had to return the item anyway. No use in offering a service if it’s not working and won’t be ordering from the website again as I cannot guarantee an item will arrive when I need it.”

“Really quite irritating that after placing a large order online, when returning a couple of items (and purchasing some more in store) I had to take a gift card rather than have a refund for the balance. The card I used for the purchase is broken and so I no longer have it, and apparently they are not allowed to (rather than can’t) put it onto a different card. If I had returned online, this would not have been an issue. Another store issued a refund to a different card with no issue. Do better OB, and the manager should come out to explain properly, not leave to floor staff who don’t fully understand the rules.”

“Really disappointed that for the money paid the bag isn’t lined. I had to pin another bag inside so I wouldn’t lose anything. I also feel the bag has become a bit mis-shaped after only a couple of weeks use. It’s more suitable to put something large and light in, such as a towel if you’re going to the beach, rather than using it every day. I like the look of it though”
