The delicate item was not packed well for transport. The jar itself is beautiful but very fragile and unfortunately arrived broken.

I previously ordered this photo frame from a different retailer and it arrived dented and smashed so I proceeded to order direct from Oliver Bonas. It arrived promptly and more substantially packaged than the afore mentioned photo frame. It was however not in as good condition as one would expect for the price paid. The outer frame is quite scratched. Rather disappointed but did not return as had already done so with the first frame.

Lovely dress but unfortunately the size of the dress meant not even a size 6 fitted. They were all too big

Item bought as a gift. Delivery was fine with no problems and item was well packed for shipping. However when opened, part of the item was dirty (the stand was covered in a thick layer of dust). Not conducive to a good gifting experience.

I was very disappointed by the deputy manager at Oliver Bonas Summertown Oxford branch, which I forgot to ask for the name but took a photo for future reference. Her customer service was inferior. She did not have the intention to detail, lacked personality, and made an unauthentic offer to help but did not listen and did what she wanted instead. I clearly asked her for an e-receipt instead of giving me a paper receipt. I asked if the blue light card was accepted, and she said yes. Then, when she saw the price of the vase, she said she could not give me a discount because the vase was wrongly priced (even if it clearly showed that it was on sale with the sticker on). I told her how disappointed and unhappy I was with her service, and she patronisingly apologised, which I felt was a fauxpology. I gave this two stars instead of one because another staff Kayla, was extremely helpful and kind, like 99% of Oliver Bonas's Staff. I have enjoyed shopping at OB for years, and this deputy manager was completely off-putting from my perspective.

Size is quite big so would have gone with something smaller….. if the collar had sat right, looked awful.

Material looks cheap, frayed edges to scarf which are not shown in picture and colour much more dingy cream than pictured. Disappointed

I shop at the Manchester store (my local) quite often and I'm usually quite happy but today the cashier said something very unprofessional and I'm kicking myself by not saying something there and then. He (I'm assuming) got his words a little mixed up (which is not a problem) but then said, "sorry, I'm having a stroke." Turning it into a joke I guess. I should've said it's not funny to joke about having a stroke but I was that taken aback by what he'd said I couldn't say anything at all. So unprofessional coming from an individual who im assuming is a member of the LGBTQIA family and demands respect from everybody else! Terrible service and do not want to shop here again.

I didn't receive the order, they sent a replacement and I didn't receive that parcel either. Apparently it was left in a surcure place , there was no card in the door to say where the parcel was left. I never received the parcel.
